Time allocation.
1. Go to Rize:
— Look at your time spent.
— Look at what you planned to do and what you actually did.
— Look at how long you estimated things would take vs. the time they took.
2. Answers four questions (copy paste these in)— How was your time spent this week? (Break it down by category).— Did you get your top priorities for the week done?— If you could do the week again, how would you do it differently?— What are your top priorities next week?

Information Processing
Includes email, social media, text message, slack, processing, dealing with requests from other people (E.g., meeting, podcast, questions, etc.)
Team - Zipline
1 on 1s, calls with the team, collaboration time - any time spent with another person who is working on something Zipline related, which could involve contractors - even if the time is specifically allocated (e.g. "product discussion" or "product jam"), any time spent talking with others and not doing deep work is "team"
Prospecting - Zipline
Any tasks relating to prospecting: list creation, campaign preparation, calling or emailing prospects and booking meetings.
